The Founders
Execution Roundtable
Your idea isn’t stuck. You are. Join serious Nigerian founders in one private room in Ikeja, solving real business bottlenecks together. Leave with clarity. Leave with momentum. Leave with execution.
· Co-host: Favour Jesutomisin Godswill
Sound familiar?
The idea was never the hard part.
You have the idea. You don't have the momentum.
It's been sitting in a notes app, a business plan doc, or just in your head — for months, maybe longer.
You're building alone.
No one around you is at the same stage, asking the same questions, or holding you to anything.
You know what to do. You just haven't done it.
Not from a lack of information — from a lack of a room, a deadline, and people watching.
What this actually is
Not a conference. Not a pitch night. A working session.
We gather in Ikeja for one focused session built around one thing: getting you unstuck on the exact thing you've been avoiding.
How the session works
Three steps. No fluff.
You bring the actual project
Not a pitch deck. The real thing you're stuck on — a business, a product, an idea you haven't started.
We work, in a room, together
Structured blocks of focused execution time, not another panel discussion or networking mixer.
You leave with progress, not notes
You won't leave with another notebook full of “key takeaways.” You'll walk out with your pricing fixed, your landing page headline rewritten, or your GTM campaign drafted — done right there in the room.

From the desk of Freedom Emmanuel Obanijesu
“We have enough dreamers in Nigeria. What we need now is a room of relentless executors.”
A few months ago, I spoke with a founder who had been stuck on the same business idea for almost a year. The idea was good. The market was there. His problem wasn't motivation — he simply had too many unanswered questions. Who would build the product? How should he price it? How would he find his first customers? Was the idea even commercially viable? So he kept thinking. And thinking. That is the hidden danger of building alone — you can have a brilliant idea and still remain stuck, because you're trying to solve every problem with only the knowledge you currently have.
That is why we created this roundtable. You are not coming to sit through another long panel discussion. You are coming with your real bottleneck — your product problem, your sales challenge, your pricing confusion, your marketing roadblock, your technology gap, your fear of launching — and that day, we work through it together.
Because the founders in the room will not all think the same way. Some will be software developers. Business developers. Marketing strategists. Sales coaches. AI strategists. Data analysts. The challenge that's kept you stuck for months may be something another person in the room can help you solve in twenty minutes.
I'll be hosting alongside Favour Jesutomisin Godswill, and we'll be joined by Emmanuel Ade — more on both below.

Is this you?
This is for founders who are —
Currently building a business or product
At any stage — idea, MVP, live-but-stuck, or pivoting.
Sitting on an idea they haven't been able to start
It's in your head or a notes app. You just need the push.
Tired of talking about the vision
You want to actually move it. This session is built for that.
Looking for real accountability
Not another networking event. Not another panel. Real execution pressure.
Note: Because this is an active working session requiring table space, power outlets, and hands-on audits, room capacity in Ikeja is strictly dictated by the workspace layout. Seats are confirmed purely on a first-paid basis.
Imagine walking into the room
Who might be sitting beside you?
A software developer
A marketing strategist
A business developer
An AI strategist
A founder who's already solved the exact problem you're facing
Now imagine everyone in that room spends the day solving each other’s businesses. That’s the room.
What if one conversation changed your company forever?
What you actually get in the room.
History is full of businesses that changed because of one introduction, one mentor, one uncomfortable question, one room. The founder of Moniepoint didn't build alone. Tony Elumelu didn't build alone. Dangote didn't build alone. Behind every great entrepreneur is a network that challenged their thinking long before the world noticed their success. We're not saying everyone who walks into this room will build the next billion-dollar company. We're saying the next great African company is far more likely to be built in rooms like this than in isolation.
By the time you leave the room, you should have at least one of these done
- Your pricing finally makes sense
- Your landing page headline rewritten
- Your first offer validated
- Your customer acquisition plan mapped out
- Your #1 bottleneck solved
